Applying for Malltimate Adventure does not guarantee selection. We intentionally limit participation to a small group to preserve the experience, logistics, and quality of storytelling. While we would love to bring everyone, this adventure only works with the right mix of people and rigs.
Selection is curated, not a vote or popularity contest. Each year we look for variety, which means the types of vehicles we prioritize can change. We consider the vehicle itself, how it is built and equipped, and the driver’s real world off road experience.
From the applicant pool, we will narrow the field to a short list of finalists that will be shared on social media. If you have attended a previous year and would like to attend again, consider partnering with another attendee as a co-driver.
If chosen, there is no fee to participate in Malltimate Adventure. However, all participants are fully responsible for their own expenses, including fuel, lodging, food, park entry fees, and any special activities along the way. Each vehicle entry includes one driver and one co driver who must be 18 or older. No additional passengers or children are permitted.
This is not about filling spots. It is about building the right crew for the adventure.
